Our state-of-the-art user-friendly website, being highly intuitive, is extremely simple to use with sophisticated back-end smarts to ensure a seamless dispensing experience.

Our Dispense Assist Technicians are thoroughly vetted before hiring and must continually meet strict accuracy and efficiency standards to maintain employment.
Using Dispense Assist is as simple as booking sessions online
- Open an account for your pharmacy and then start booking sessions online
- Choose any session start date and time from now to months in the future
- Designate any session end time from as soon as 30 minutes from start time
- Select if you want to use a Dispense Assist Technician (Advanced) or Dispense Assist Technician (Basic)
- Decide if you want an exclusive session (your pharmacy only) or a shared session (with other pharmacies)
- Pick your workstation to be used
- Check your session cost, see your savings and confirm the booking
- When your session is about to start log us in and we'll help dispense prescriptions until the session ends
- Book multiple sessions in one day and sessions at the same time on multiple workstations
- Cancel a session any time before the session start time
