- RESPECTING YOUR PRIVACY
Dispense Assist Pty Ltd is committed to supporting the Australian Privacy Principles in Schedule 1 to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). These Principles are the basis of the standards we adhere to in the collection, access, storage and use of personal information which we may obtain during the course of operating our business. This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you of how we collect and hold personal information, the purposes for which we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information, how you may access personal information held by us and the correction of such information, how you may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how we will deal with such a complaint, whether we are likely to disclose personal information to overseas recipients and, if so, the countries in which such recipients are likely to be.

You have the option of not identifying yourself or of using a pseudonym. However, if you do not identify yourself, we may not be able to provide our services to you.

We will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Dispense Assist will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed.
- ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can ask to obtain access to your personal information that we hold. We will provide you with a written explanation if we are unable to lawfully comply with your request. If we become aware that the information we have about you is inaccurate, we will request you to provide correct, updated information. We will update our records if you request us to correct or update information about you.
