Dispense Assist is a ground-breaking, revolutionary way of dispensing and bookkeeping in your pharmacy, for a fraction of your normal cost. Utilising the latest technology and software, Dispense Assist Dispensary Technicians login and help dispense your prescriptions through your Dispense system, leaving in-store staff just to complete the process including taking the medicines off the shelf and labelling them. Using the same technology and software, Dispense Assist Bookkeepers login and do your bookkeeping.
Dispense Assist works via a simple 3-step process:
- Step 1 - You book a session
- Step 2 - You log us in to your workstation or cloud account during the session time and we dispense or bookkeep through your software
- Step 3 - With dispensing, you complete the process including taking the medicines off the shelf and labelling them

By law, an in-store pharmacist is still required and like any in-store pharmacist working with anyone other than an in-store pharmacist, this pharmacist is responsible for all prescriptions dispensed.
