Pricing
Rates are based on whether you use a Dispense Assist Technician (Advanced) or Dispense Assist Technician (Basic), and whether you share this technician with other pharmacies or use them exclusively.

No. The rates are the same 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
You can receive a discount of up to 40% on standard rates. This discount does not apply to sessions booked with less than 72hrs notice from the start of the Monday-Sunday week that sessions fall in, where standard rates apply.
In-store employees must be paid compulsory leave entitlements and superannuation on top of their rates. Similarly, a compulsory leave entitlements fee and a superannuation fee is payable on top of rates. However, since these are both paid as a percentage of rates, the amount paid is far lower than if paid to an in-store employee - up to 90% lower. There is also a nominal cancellation fee for all sessions cancelled with less than 72hrs notice from start time. No other fees or charges are payable.
Compulsory leave entitlements consist of annual leave, annual leave loading, sick & carer's leave, compassionate & bereavement leave, paid days off during public holidays that are normally worked, long service leave and casual leave loading in lieu of all of those. These are payable to all employees on top of employees' rates of pay.
The fee is the same percentage as the leave loading stipulated in the Pharmacy Industry Award - 25%. This is payable as a percentage of rates. However, since our rates are up to 90% less than the award, our fee is up to 90% less than payable under the Pharmacy Industry Award.
Superannuation is the compulsory Australian Government Superannuation Guarantee payments that employers must pay to employees on top of their rates of pay and on top of their compulsory leave entitlements.
The fee is the same percentage as the Superannuation Guarantee - 11.5%. This is payable as a percentage of rates & compulsory leave entitlements fee. However, since our rates and compulsory leave entitlements fee are up to 90% less than the award, our fee is up to 90% less than payable under the Superannuation Guarantee.
The cancellation fee is a nominal fee to cover costs associated with cancelling Dispense Assist Technicians booking with less than 72hrs notice from start time.
The current cancellation fee is shown in the Plans & Pricing table. There is no cancellation fee payable for cancellations made with at least 72hrs notice from start time.
You can receive assistance in dispensing your prescriptions for 38hrs a week for every week of the month, on your choice of days and times including nights, weekends and public holidays.
