Yes. There is a choice of 4 plans, all of which are pre-paid plans of different cost, including a pre-paid plan with $0 cost.
A plan determines what discounts you receive on all bookings made with at least 72hrs notice from the start of the Monday-Sunday week that the session falls in. The higher the plan, the more you need to pre-pay, but the higher the discounts you receive, up to 40%.
A plan lasts for 1 month, starting on the day you start your subscription.
No. Plan start dates are always fixed to the date on which you first subscribed.
No, because you have already prepaid for your plan and you are already receiving the discounts for this plan.
Yes. You can change your plan anytime and the changes will take affect from next month, on the date your subscription renews.
Absolutely. You will simply be charged at the end of your subscription month for any excess spend.
There are no refunds for any unused pre-paid amounts. Any unused pre-paid amount at the end of your subscription month will be forfeited.
Yes. Your dashboard will let you know how much you have spent so far this month.
No. Plans and discounts are only applicable to the pharmacy you registered to your account.
